Before every class cellphones should be collected and placed in a box and given back to students at the end of lectures because it is a distraction to them and those around them and for tests and exams no student shall be allowed to have cellphones on them it must be collected at the door before entry r students will be patted down before entering because although there are cameras students are still getting caught cheating and this has to stop because it is really unfair and there should be a zero tolerance policy when it comes to cheating.
