2.1 6 D's- solution fluency process
- Define the problem because you need to know exactly what youre doing before you start
-Discover a sollution because planning prevents wasted effort.
-Dream up a process, one that is suitable and efficient.
-Design the process in an accurate and detailed action plan.
-Deliver by putting the plan into action by both producing and publising the sollution
-Debrief and foster ownership by evaluating the problem solving process.
the unemployment rate in south africa is a huge concern. with the lack of jobs and skills makes it not a easy task to tackle over night since it takes time to educate people and time to research development oppurtunities. these need to be broken down into stages-
stage 1- government funding assistance to fill our skill shortage.
stage 2- cut taxes to raise disposable incomes and increase spending.
stage 3increase government spending to stimulate the economy.
stage 4- reduce imports and seek for local sources or alternatives.
stage 5- lower labour rates within the formal sector to increase supply chain demand.
stage 6- provide funding to entrepreneurs and simplify the application process.
stage 7- market provisions fpr agricultural products.
stage 8- decentralise activity within the industrial sector tp spread workload and oppurtunities
stage 9- rework a more strict immigration policy to prevent criminals and more unskilled peopleentering our country.
Deliver: after finalisation its time to publish them and address the government with my proposal to solve the unemployment levels and get a petition going to show we have the support and our best interest in saving the country.
Debrief- after completeion the effectiveness of the stages gets evaluated during and after a certain period of time to measure what has worked and where we can improve on to conquer the poor employment levels in south africa.
2.2 yes- digital footprints could become a problem because some people arent educated and arent capable of using and understanding how technology works and dont understand how it could possibly damage your reputation and future based on things you post online out of frustration and anger not realising it stays there forever , they keep up with you online, once its up;paded its uploaded for life.

be accurate check if spelling and grammar is correct in your posts and profiles
be consistent and professional in how you present yourself online and with what you say
be aware of everything online even what other people have to say about you.
